Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager position is responsible for marketing-related strategic planning and execution as it relates to client content strategies including a significant amount of copywriting and the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, digital advertising, organic social, and video for select agency accounts. The ideal candidate will love writing and developing compelling content to amplify campaigns. Additional responsibilities include project management, production process management, and client correspondence.

The position interfaces with the various departments of the agency to move things through on behalf of the client and advocate for their client internally. This includes meeting with the creative team concerning advertising concepts and graphics as well as the production team concerning job schedules, timing, and media production and pricing as needed.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working with or for Associations or non-profits on branding and marketing projects

Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be ready to keep the digital marketing team organized and on track to deliver successful campaigns.  This specialist will have a passion for analyzing data, and able to work independently developing in-depth organic social, paid social, website, and post-campaign reporting. In addition, the specialist will manage clients’ website content, uploading new content and proactively monitoring SEO and outdated messaging, to keep the website fresh and optimized for users.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Detailed-oriented and capable of tracking all digital campaigns and processes for agency clients, ensuring asset development and campaign deployments are on deadline.
  • Organized and capable of managing all clients’ UTM and link tracking services.
  • Knowledgeable in organic social media best-practices and able to track, pull and analyze social platform performance.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics and comfortable pulling detailed reports and drafting performance analyses.
  • Comfortable with working in WordPress and Drupal websites, and able to update content for clients’ sites.
  • Willing to be flexible in supporting agency’s digital marketing services, and constantly working to improve client-facing products.

Experience Preferred

  • 3+ years in the digital media ecosystem
  • Experience with analytics, including Google Analytics, and all social media platforms.

Media Specialist/Traffic Manager

The Media Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end trade media campaigns for multiple clients, including developing media plans, negotiating rates and ad placements, securing IOs from vendors, managing deadlines, and trafficking ad materials. This media specialist is passionate about media buying and planning, has strong organizational skills, and loves finding innovative ways to leverage new strategies and targeting tactics to drive a greater return on investment for clients and to help them meet their marketing and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop media plans for clients, determining the best mix of media channels to deliver effective marketing or advertising messages to the targeted audience given the nature of each client’s business, budget and preferred advertising media
  • Negotiate rates and ad placements, secure IOs from vendors, manage deadlines, and traffick ad materials
  • Seek new areas of opportunity with new and existing vendors that meet the client’s goals and objectives
  • Build and proactively manage relationships with media vendors
  • Work with Account Manager and design team to ensure copy is properly updated and materials meet each publication’s ad specs
  • Monitor the performance of online and offline advertising campaigns with trade media partners and report the results to relevant stakeholders
  • Use a variety of advertising analytics tools, databases and spreadsheet programs to track and manage advertising campaigns
  • Provide benchmark and tracking reports to Account Managers and clients on key performance indicators and provide insights on how they map to larger client goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related experience, media planning and buying experience preferred
  • Exceptional analytics, project management skills, writing and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effective at meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong knowledge of a range of online media platforms and offline media

Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be well-versed in digital marketing channels, and will bring in-house digital strategy, implementation and execution to the agency. In addition to being accountable for the implementation and analyses of digital campaigns, the manager will provide recommendations and insights that drive engagement and conversions to elevate the digital user experience at all touch points for our campaigns.  The digital marketing manager will understand the technology and organizational methods necessary to seamlessly administer digital marketing platforms, and will provide strategic guidance to clients and account team members to help inform and optimize their digital and social marketing strategies. This position will also provide general training on digital best practices, support new business pitches, as well as support the growth of the agency’s digital practice.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Oversee digital marketing strategy, budget for agency clients across display, video and programmatic, paid social, paid search, SEO, and native channels.
  • Implement advertising on digital marketing platforms including display networks, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn and others.
  • Execute and oversee approved campaigns across platforms, monitor metrics, analytics, conversions to ensure campaigns are optimized and achieving desired results.
  • Produce weekly, monthly and on-demand reports as needed for clients.
  • Bridge the technology gap between program leadership and technical teams to drive efficient and effective decision making.
  • Establish workflow and standard operating procedures for digital operations throughout the agency.
  • Define baseline and advanced KPIs around marketing objectives and set goals for success against all those measurements.
  • Understand and can use Google Tag Manager, containers, and website tagging.
  • Oversee SEO and digital optimization on agency-developed websites.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects.
  • Dedication to customer service and ability to work with 20-30 active campaigns at a time.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and proactive communication.
  • Some travel required.

Experience Preferred

  • 5+ years in the digital media ecosystem
  • Technical knowledge with all digital ad networks including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, other social platforms and programmatic networks.
  • Experience with analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
