CSG Creative Adds Five New Driven and Passionate Employees to Its Team of Strategic and Creative Marketers
New Staff Additions to Help Support Growing Digital Marketing Needs of Clients

Boney Pandya will be the new Associate Director, Digital, for CSG and bring his breadth of digital and technical expertise to the agency’s clients. Jess Schafer will serve as CSG’s new Director of Strategic Accounts and brings with her ten years of experience in brand marketing. Elle Lawrence will bring her creativity and passion for content creation to her new role as Account Specialist at CSG. Maddie Gillin will serve as a new Account Executive and brings her sports and entertainment background to the agency. Lara Lee is a new Digital Designer with years of expertise in graphic and web design, as well as front-end web development. Boney Pandya: As the new Associate Director, Digital, Boney will bring his eight years of digital marketing experience in the B2B, B2C and association worlds to CSG clients. Prior to joining CSG, Boney worked as an associate director of digital marketing at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and as a senior manager of digital marketing at the Association for Talent Development (ATD). At both organizations, Boney helped increase membership acquisition, improve retention and boost event registration through digital marketing channels.

Jess Schafer: As Director of Strategic Accounts, Jess is responsible for brand development, strategic planning, partnerships and campaign execution. Jess comes with a fresh perspective, and she is excited to apply her knowledge and experience in consumer product marketing and campaign development to her work at CSG. Prior to joining CSG, Jess spent ten years in the sporting goods industry, most recently as a director of brand marketing, where she led both brand strategy and creative direction for an international consumer brand.

Elle Lawrence: As CSG’s new Account Specialist, Elle functions as the point person for digital-oriented client work, while also supporting the rest of the account team with various tasks and workload. Elle has a passion for content creation across the digital media landscape. Her draw to creative content began at a young age through art and storytelling. From designing branding for apparel and printed materials in school, to working as her college’s newspaper cartoonist, to managing several social media accounts and email campaigns for an international technology company, Elle has always been creating. Prior to CSG, Elle was the sole communications specialist for a technology company based in Washington, DC.

Madeline (Maddie) Gillin: Maddie’s love for client services and creativity helps her create success stories here at CSG as a new Account Executive. She is an alum of Sacred Heart University, where she earned a BS in marketing. Maddie has worked in account management for the professional sports and entertainment industry for the past eight years, including for the NHL and MLB. Before her recent move to Virginia, Maddie lived on the coast of Southern California.

Lara Lee: As CSG’s new Digital Designer, Lara will create memorable, meaningful digital designs that engage viewers and enhance usability. Her expertise spans graphic and web design, front-end web development, print production, DSLR photography and vector illustration. Lara has been designing for print and web for over eight years. Lara thrives on creating new digital designs completely from scratch and can even hand-code entire websites without any WYSIWYGs. Lara graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Digital Media & Web Technology: Front-End Web Design & Development, as well as a BFA.
