The next generation of people and the next brainstorm of ideas came together as The Diving Equipment and Marketing Association used its DEMA Show 2014, November 19–22 in Las Vegas, to build more connections and gain more insights from its audiences.
Who understands the current challenges facing their businesses and the industry better than your members? No one! So, the DEMA Show invited members to a special shared vision session where each participant was given sticky notes to write and share their impressions of industry challenges. Stickies were posted on a massive board giving the DEMA team a sea of ideas and feedback to shape their future outreach programs.
To help DEMA engage with the next generation of divers and business owners, 150 high school students were invited to experience an education day where they participated in pool demonstrations live on the show floor as well as hear from industry leaders.
The DEMA Show 2014 was another success, with a sold-out exhibit floor, 8,300 industry professionals and new features to enhance the onsite show experience. For the first time, DEMA Show added an Art Innovation Center, a First-Time Exhibitor Center and a Freediving Resource Center.
CSG Creative congratulates the entire DEMA Show team on a great 2014 show.
