The Children’s Guild (TCG), a nonprofit serving children, families, and communities through more than 10 schools and programs across Maryland and Washington, DC, managed 29 separate social media channels, each with its own voice, audience, and content needs. With such a large and varied digital footprint, TCG struggled to maintain consistent posting, audience engagement, and steady follower growth across platforms. Over the two-year partnership, TCG’s social media presence saw significant growth. From January 2022 to October 2024, total followers increased by 40%, rising from 10,648 to 15,022. Engagement surged dramatically, with average monthly engagements increasing 611%—from 1,198 per month in 2022 to 8,516 per month in 2024—demonstrating a transformed and highly engaged digital community.
