Situation

Grace Hopper Celebration 2025 (GHC 25) needed to boost registrations, highlight new announcements, and drive high-intent users toward key conversion paths in the final weeks before the event. With frequent updates, new speakers, session launches, special offers, and deadlines, GHC required a fast, flexible way to ensure visitors could access time-sensitive messages and offers without collecting additional personal data or disrupting the user experience.

Solution

CSG developed a dynamic on-site pop-up campaign featuring page-specific messaging, countdown timers, and showcasing event features and exclusive opportunities. Each pop-up was matched to specific moments in the event cycle, such as session announcements, early-access programs, price deadlines, and special meet-and-greet offers. Visuals were optimized for clicks, and pop-ups redirected users to the appropriate registration or information pages to accelerate action.

Outcome

The campaign delivered strong conversion performance across high-urgency and content-driven moments. Top performers achieved 9–10.43% conversion rates, with individual pop-ups driving 1,100+ clicks to target pages (Final Countdown, Sessions Live, Speakers Announced). Over the nine-week run, the campaign generated a total of 8,320 clicks, significantly increasing traffic flow to priority registration and event pages and helping sustain momentum.
